/ The Challenge

Where the hours were going.

Owners of rare items need paperwork that holds up — for an insurance policy, a trust, or an estate plan. Producing that paperwork by hand meant long write-ups, inconsistent formats, and hours spent re-typing the same details for every item.

Because each report was written from scratch, quality depended on the day. Details could be missed, and pulling up an old appraisal to update it meant digging through files.

/ What We Built

The AI-enhanced workflow.

We built an appraisal platform that walks the appraiser through a structured intake — photos, identifying marks, condition, provenance, and comparable values — and stores every item as a proper record rather than a loose document.

AI assists with the heavy writing: it drafts the item description and appraisal narrative from the captured details, which the appraiser reviews and signs off. The platform then generates a standardized, professional certificate of authenticity ready for insurers, trustees, and attorneys.
